So, So, So-the community finally wins. I'm going to do it. 

Over the last eight years, I've grown from a realtor with no training to one of the top realtors in the country. Last year I personally completed over 400 transactions-without a team. I am a single realtor, just like everyone else out there. I work nine to five with no weekend appointments. I have only one assistant (no one else can deal with my ADD) and I've proven it can be done. WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE REAL ESTATE.

As I continue to work with new and "used" realtors within our realtor community, I've realized there are several common trends that continue to keep realtors from being successful, so I've begun dissecting these issues. What I've also realized is that there is NO TRAINING MANUAL on how to succeed in this profession. Sure, there are tons of classes and online demos you can attend, but there's nothing that gives it to you straight-the common sense, how-to bible for real estate success.

For years, people have been telling me that I needed to take all the things that have made me successful and put it on paper. Put it on paper? I didn't even understand what that meant. Because to me, it's always been sort of trivial. But, as I've started to learn from agents who have trained under me, well, maybe it's not so trivial. 

So in the late fall / early winter, I will be releasing my first book-my first How-To Guide. We are going to explore everything from the minute you pass your test to the day you retire, and even how to save for that. 

Currently we are about a third of the way through, and so far, it's a blast!
